Originally a 2000sf 2-unit building, it had fallen into disrepair and suffered massive dry rot damage. Edmonds & Lee designed a 5000sf modern marvel in its place while also salvaging many parts of the original structure. It has 6 bedrooms, a 2 car garage, Boffi kitchen, and 4 floors of floating oak stairs with a full-height glass guardrail on every floor.
