Originally a 1,200sf single story. Built in 1908, the building suffered through several fires and was in poor condition. Neal Swartz and his team designed a new 3,600sf masterpiece while keeping the original structure intact but also raising it 8’. This project was featured in several publications. It boasts many luxury and unique features, yet is a very functional family home.
